Holy Plantz Ltd. (“Holy Plantz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates holyplantz.com (the “Site”) and provides plant-based food products (the “Products”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, any services offered on or through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), and any orders you place for Products. By accessing or using the Site or Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

 This Site is operated by Holy Plantz Ltd. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Holy Plantz Ltd. Holy Plantz Ltd. offers this Site, including all information, tools, and Services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Any new features or tools added to the current store are also subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store uses PayPlus and Stripe as third-party payment processors. They provide the secure infrastructure that allows us to sell Products and Services to you.

 

Section 1: Definitions:

For clarity, the following capitalized terms have the meanings below:

  • Account: Your registered user account on the Site.

  • Applicable Law: All statutes, regulations, ordinances, orders, and binding guidance of any governmental authority.

  • Business Day: Any day other than a Friday, Saturday, Jewish holiday, or Israeli national holiday.

  • Content: All text, images, graphics, video, audio, or other information made available on or through the Site.

  • Force Majeure Event: An event beyond the control of a party, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, epidemics, or utility failures.

  • Order: Your request to purchase one or more Products.

  • Privacy Policy: Our policy governing the collection and processing of personal data, incorporated herein by reference.

  • Services: All services offered via the Site, including order placement, account management, newsletters, and promotions.

  • User Content: Any Content submitted by users (e.g., reviews, images).

 

Section 2: Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To use the Site or Services, you must be at least 18 years old. If under 18, you may only use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You may not use our Products for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

Section 3: Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

 

Section 4: Orders, Payment & Billing

  • Orders must be placed with accurate billing and shipping details.

  • All prices are in NIS and include VAT unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment is securely processed via PayPlus and Stripe.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders at our discretion.

 

Section 5: Shipping Policy & Delivery Terms

  • We currently deliver throughout Israel.

  • Processing: Orders are prepared within 3–5 Business Days.

  • Standard Zones: Deliveries typically arrive within 7 Business Days.

  • Remote Zones: Deliveries to areas such as Beit Shemesh, Gush Etzion, and other regions not covered by our standard couriers may take 4–6 weeks.

  • These extended timelines are considered normal conditions, not Force Majeure, and do not entitle you to refunds unless required by law.

  • Customers will receive email or SMS notifications with delivery updates.

  • If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided, re-delivery charges may apply.

 

Section 6: Cancellations & Refund Policy

One-Time Orders

  • You may cancel a one-time order up to Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) of the scheduled delivery week.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to: hello@holyplantz.com

  • After this cutoff, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders are billed every Sunday before 12:00 PM (noon) for Thursday delivery.

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription before the weekly billing cutoff by contacting us in writing at hello@holyplantz.com

  • Once billed, the order is final and non-refundable for that week’s delivery.

Refunds & Product Condition

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at hello@holyplantz.com and include photo evidence.

  • Products must be returned (if requested) in their original packaging, complete, and without damage, defect, or alteration of any kind.

  • At our discretion, we will issue either a replacement product or a refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Section 7: Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available on our Site, explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using the Site or Services, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in that Policy.

 

Section 8: User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or Services:

  • For unlawful purposes.

  • To infringe intellectual property rights.

  • To harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate.

  • To upload viruses or malicious code.

  • To collect personal information unlawfully.

  • To spam, scrape, or misuse the Site.

We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.

 

Section 9: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy Plantz Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, Services, or Products. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Product or Service.

 

Section 10: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holy Plantz Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

 

Section 11: Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services ceases immediately.

 

Section 12: Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve issues amicably.

 

Section 13: Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (Force Majeure Events). Delivery delays of 4–6 weeks to Remote Zones are considered standard and not Force Majeure.

 

Section 14: Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions may be modified or canceled at any time before the weekly billing cutoff. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
